Travel Like a Local

Travel The World Like a Local

To many people this may seem like a contradiction in what you want to do, how can you travel the World and also be a local. For most people Travelling means going to new places and visiting different cities, being a local means you live in that city so it is impossible for someone to do both at the same time, so how can you do both?

The key to travelling the world like a local is for the traveller to embrace the new city or destination they are visiting, embrace the culture, people the food everything, be ready for new experience and also be able to think on your feet and be bold in what you do and say, don’t let people distract you or fool you into going somewhere or doing something you didn’t set out in doing, know what and where you are going and make sure you achieve what you set out to do..

It’s very easy if you think about it, for the travelling part, just choose a travel destination, book your flight and hotel or hostels accommodation, then pack your bags, pick up your passport and your ready for your holiday to begin.

Now the part about being a local, this is also easy, all you need to do is use your common sense, you may be in a new city or somewhere different but there is no point making yourself look like a gullible tourist and stand out like a sore thumb.
